We keep this notice tied to the tools actually running on Around Arkansas.
Tell Us messages
If you send a message, we receive the name, reply email, general Arkansas area, message, optional public link, naming preference and optional reason for writing that you enter. A property/project inquiry also includes any outcome, ownership assertion and follow-up permission you supply. The form does not accept attachments or ask for a parcel, exact home address, financial record or budget. A successful submission shows a receipt number.
We preserve the original message and submission time, with private review history. We may record the related story, referring website origin and campaign labels when available; these are context supplied by the browser, not verified proof of where an inquiry originated. Our intake record supports editorial review and governed internal follow-up. Questions and tips do not automatically become commercial leads. Project follow-up requires your explicit choice and permission. We do not automatically send your information to Meyers or other contractors.
Routine submissions are kept for 90 days. If a submission becomes part of an active editorial story or source record, we keep it with that governed record for the life of the story record. Access is limited to authorized Around Arkansas intake reviewers. A notification goes to the approved receiving mailbox (tips@aroundarkansasmedia.com).
Site measurement
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand page and story views, Tell Us submission completions, and useful outbound links. GA4 may use cookies or similar browser identifiers. We do not run advertising pixels. Google processes the measurement data under its own service terms.
Hosting and security
Our hosting provider processes normal web requests and may retain operational or security logs. We use those records to keep the site working and to investigate abuse. We do not publish reader contact details or story leads just because they were submitted.
Questions, access and corrections
To ask about a Tell Us message, request its removal from routine intake, or flag a factual error, use Tell Us or email tips@aroundarkansasmedia.com. A factual correction to a published story is explained on that story page. This notice will be updated if our collection or tools change.
